The BAF applicable for the month of August 2008 will be: USD 675 / 1350 / 1350

Ex India and Pakistan To Mediterranean and Black Sea:
The BAF applicable for the month of August 2008 will be: USD 435 per TEU

Currency Adjustment Factor:

Ex ASIA on Silk, Lion, Jade, Dragon, Phoenix and Tiger Service:
The CAF applicable for the month of August 2008 will be: 17.10%

Ex India and Pakistan To Mediterranean and Black Sea:
The CAF applicable for the month of August 2008 will be: 18.93 %
